Return Policy

ISE RETURN POLICY

All returns must be returned within 30 days and are subject to the following requirements.

ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.  This can be obtained by email or phone from our sales or technical support team.  Contact information is shown by using the Contact Us link.  Please advise with the reason for return.  If it is a technical issue our technical support can likely help with the issue.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are not returnable or may only qualify for partial refund: 

Special order products, Custom Manufactured Products and Custom Modified specifically modified per customer request cannot be returned except under our warranty policy. 

We also reserve the right to limit return or charge restocking charges for:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Any Item ordered in unusually large quantities.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

Shipping
To return your product, you should ship your return prepaid, insured as instructed and include your Return Authorization Number.  The customer will be responsible for paying for original and return shipping costs the item(s).

Customer is responsible for damages during return shipment.  Insurance is recommended.
